Job Summary
Manufacturing EHS Coordinator responsible for applying OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and EPA regulations in daily manufacturing operations, conducting safety inspections and risk assessments, supporting incident investigations and root cause analysis, maintaining OSHA 300 logs and regulatory reports, managing environmental compliance (waste, permits, hazardous materials, emissions), administering safety programs (Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, Forklift Certification, Fall Protection, Confined Space), delivering safety training and toolbox talks, supervising PPE compliance, maintaining safety documentation, tracking EHS KPIs, and coordinating emergency preparedness with production, maintenance, and operations teams.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 General Industry certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety or related field
- Reading/writing and understanding of work instructions, safety information, and training materials in English
- Experience with general industry OSHA standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems
