Manufacturing-Retread Technician - Will Train

Inspect worn tires for faults, cracks, cuts, and nail holes to determine suitability for retreading. Operate buffing machines to remove treads, measure diameters, and build semi-raw rubber treads onto casings. Program curing temperatures, inspect for defects like soft cures or ply separation, and trim, paint, and place finished tires in stock. Repair defective tires found during the process and maintain stock of tread rubber and repair materials. Willingness to learn is prioritized; we provide training for advancement.
