Job Summary
Manufacturing Recruiter specializing in CNC Machining or Welding/Fabrication recruiting. You’ll source and recruit skilled manufacturing professionals across the U.S., screen candidates and assess technical experience, and speak confidently about machining processes or welding/fabrication work. Build relationships with skilled trades professionals in the manufacturing industry, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews with clients. Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system and work closely with Cannonball Recruiting leadership on open searches. Fully remote position with a strong base salary and high commission structure to support national manufacturing searches across CNC machining and welding/fabrication domains.
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with CNC Machining Recruiting or Welding / Fabrication Recruiting
- Understanding of CNC milling/turning, 3-axis to 5-axis machining, vertical/horizontal mills, lathes, Swiss machining, tight tolerance machining (if CNC path)
- Understanding of MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core welding, blueprint reading, fabrication setups
- Experience sourcing and recruiting manufacturing professionals across the U.S.
- Ability to screen candidates and evaluate their technical experience
- Ability to discuss machining processes or welding/fabrication work with candidates
- Ability to build relationships with skilled trades professionals in manufacturing
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and coordinating interviews in ATS/CRM
- Collaborative experience working with recruiting leadership on open searches
