Job Summary
Leader for multiple-shift quality assurance in a weekend night production environment. Responsible for coordinating inspection activities, driving cGMP compliance, leading root-cause investigations and continuous improvement on the MQ Inspection team, developing and enforcing SOPs/WIs/MMRs, and ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance while coaching and mentoring staff across the QA/production interface. Collaborates with quality and operations to meet KPIs, improve sampling productivity, resolve deviations/holds, and maintain safe, compliant manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in a science field and at least 2 years related experience OR minimum five years quality related experience OR an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Prior lead experience required.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in quality processes, inspection, and GMP environment preferred.
- Previous dietary supplement industry experience preferred.
