Job Summary
Own end-to-end quality for ECU assembly and functional testing; champion a zero-defect culture and digital quality transformation to achieve industry-leading low defects; drive quality processes across multiple value streams in automotive and EMS contexts; develop people and organizational efficiency; apply DFMEA/PFMEA/CP/MSA/SPC/POKAYOKE tools to improve process capability and reliability throughout product life cycle; monitor quality in real time using QA systems (EWS, failure analysis, batch release, concessions); drive root cause analysis and first-pass yield improvements; conduct quality system audits and process confirmations across internal and external requirements; strong emphasis on implementing 14Q-basic principles and fostering a systematic problem-solving culture; requires Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years QA experience, with proficiency in IATF16949 and VDA 6.3, PFMEA, and 8D; workable English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Automation or related field
