Manufacturing Quality Management

Establish QC processes and requirements to ensure consistent application, while improving standard processes and workflows to support quality metrics and root cause analysis investigations. Review and evaluate testing to assess training consistency and lead Scale up testing for new products. Participate on the QC Safety Team and lead testing for all new customers/products including spec testing and qualification on new products/tech. Hire and train new technicians. This role requires 1+ years of management experience and 5+ years in batch manufacturing quality. Candidates must have experience with data management, Excel, Six Sigma/Lean, and customer specifications. Salary range is $65k-85k depending on role and location.
