Job Summary
Contribute to the department Q&E strategy and annual operational plan while driving execution of the quality roadmap. Define Quality KPIs aligned with sector priorities, analyze progress to mitigate risks, and lead the Quality Review Board. Directly manage quality engineers and inspectors, ensuring workforce development and reporting on team performance. Organize stakeholder networks and feedback loops, manage internal/external customer interactions, and address intricate quality issues through cross-functional collaboration. Participate in audits, ensure adherence to protocols, and facilitate quality meetings. Lead problem-solving initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset while upholding safety and customer focus in a cleanroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering, or other relevant area with thorough experience
- Bachelor degree with deep/extensive experience
- Required minimum of ten years' experience in related areas of expertise
- Experience with leading direct or indirect reports
- Experience with leading and facilitating quality meetings
- Experience in working in a global technology environment within manufacturing and/or quality engineering
- Proven performance in one or more of the related areas (Supplier/Manufacturing Quality, Lean, Six Sigma Problem Solving, ISO Auditor, SPC, etc.)
- Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment
- Must wear protective gear for the entire shift
- Must be onsite 100% during working hours
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
- Must be able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and present data-driven insights
- Must be able to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships
- Must be able to plan and lead projects with structure and accountability
- Must be able to lead Problem Solving with curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
- Must be able to work proactively, manage priorities, and deliver under deadlines
- Must be able to drive process development and documentation
- Must be able to document decisions with clarity and consistency
- Must be able to uphold safety, quality, and customer focus in all activities
- Must be able to lead and develop team
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record in creating sense of urgency, leading and managing escalations to systematically drive the development and implementation of solutions
- Able to functionally influence, inspire and engage SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
