Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Menomonee Falls, WI

Manufacturing Quality Engineer to partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to define, control, and document in-process and final product characteristics that meet customer requirements; develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for processes, materials, and products in a precision manufacturing environment; create inspection, testing, and sampling plans and corresponding procedures for collecting and analyzing quality data; lead product disposition activities including nonconforming material review, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation; train and mentor employees on quality systems, inspection methods, and compliance requirements; support and participate in NADCAP, CASE, FAA, customer, supplier, and internal audits; manage customer deviation requests and ensure proper documentation and tracking; facilitate internal, external, and supplier corrective actions; ensure calibration and integrity of inspection equipment and measurement systems; perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate inspection accuracy and precision; manage APQP and PPAP requirements for assigned products and customers; collaborate cross-functionally and participate in engineering, production, and management meetings; support advanced metrology efforts including CMM and complex gaging; strong knowledge of quality systems, process control, and statistical methods; excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
