Job Summary
Lead manufacturing readiness activities for production campaigns; review and approve manufacturing documents including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve manufacturing processes and procedures; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful execution; manage improvement projects from concept through completion; support document creation and accuracy using analysis, dry runs, and mock set-ups; represent Manufacturing in meetings and communicate progress, risks, and updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in biotechnology or a similar manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
