Job Summary
Lead program planning and execution for additive manufacturing programs; define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables; establish and manage detailed production schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain; serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding program status, deliverables, and performance; manage contractual commitments and specification compliance; lead customer communications including program reviews and status reporting; own program financials including budget tracking, cost performance, and forecasting; establish governance structures and maintain program documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or high-tech environments
- Experience in additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing processes strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and customer-facing programs
- Strong understanding of contract management, production planning, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP/MRP systems)
- Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Background with strong preference of manufacturing experience
