Job Summary
Manufacturing Project Manager responsible for providing estimates, coordinating with departments and production to meet customer specifications, assembling and annotating production drawings, and developing best practices for project execution. Collaborates with sales to provide competitive estimates, tracks project status and stakeholder communications, and conducts post-mortems for continuous improvement. Requires experience in mission-critical/power generation or emergency power, strong MS Office and engineering software skills, and excellent communication and customer-service abilities. Safety compliance and cross-functional coordination with production and engineering teams are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management practices, procedures, and processes
- Mission Critical/power generation/emergency power experience required
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and engineering software
- Experience in the emergency power or data center field a plus
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent customer service skills; for internal and external customers
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Experience in planning and/or project management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
