Job Summary
Develop and update project schedules based on manpower capacity, coordinate material readiness, and verify quality deliverables with accurate documentation. Enforce safety guidelines, resolve customer complaints, and provide technical support to teammates by answering project inquiries. Monitor project expenses to support profitability while partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Production teams. Review active timelines daily, remove roadblocks, and ensure milestone readiness for the next steps. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of machine tool industry experience, and knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems. Competitive salary of $65,000–$85,000 includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1–2 years of applicable experience in the machine tool related industry
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems used in the machine tool industry or factory automation
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
