Job Summary
Coordinate manufacturing projects from order release to delivery by collaborating with operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics; manage customer orders, review specifications, track milestones, maintain ERP data, generate status updates, identify risks, assist with shipping, and support process-improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred
- One to three years of experience in project coordination, customer order management, operations support, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience using ERP software and project-tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion
Desired Qualifications
- CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management credentials
- Familiarity with Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), or similar production models
- Experience using ERP software and project-tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
