Job Summary

Coordinate and oversee manufacturing projects from inception to completion in an in-office, full-time role at the Grimsby Manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include developing project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitoring progress; approving documentation; implementing quality control; conducting inspections and audits; identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies; coordinating with engineering, procurement, and production; serving as the primary point of contact for project communications; liaising with customers and contractors; attending daily meetings; preparing status reports; ensuring safety and quality compliance; and promoting a culture of safety and quality. Requires 2–4 years of project coordination experience in manufacturing, familiarity with modular manufacturing, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office; formal education in related fields is asset. Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • working knowledge of scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
  • proficient with MS Office
