Job Summary
Lead organization through New Product Introductions by partnering with Design Engineering to ensure production preparation, design for producibility, and quality requirements are met. Define production capacity, acceptance quality, and test equipment needs while executing process development, design transfer, and prototype builds. Support transfer projects between sites as a team leader, developing plans to ensure completion and improve productivity. Manage cross-functional execution with engineering, sourcing, and suppliers to exceed milestone targets for new products. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Ability to identify/track metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers
- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams
- Ability to interface with varied levels from Operators to Plant Management
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
