Job Summary
Manufacturing Professional - Warehouse & Internal Logistics focuses on coordinating material reception, storage, distribution, packing, and material transport to align with production demands. Oversees day-to-day task administration within the department, establishes and improves workflow per ISO requirements, and ensures timely stocking and operations. Creates shipments based on production/inventory conditions, manages and optimizes carriers to reduce transportation costs, contacts external freight forwarders, tracks shipments, and resolves related issues. Monitors KPIs against dashboards and drives continuous improvement, coordinates with related departments, and leads the team to achieve HSE goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in a similar role, problem-solving ability with limited procedures, process-improvement experience, strong communication, SAP familiarity, forklift operation, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in a similar warehouse/logistics role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited procedures
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to influence others
- English proficiency
- Experience with forklift operation
- Knowledge of SAP
- HSE awareness and ability to lead safety goals
