Manufacturing & Production Technician (f/m/d)

Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems. Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements. Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration. Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability. Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs. Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development. Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards. Balances creative, out-of-the-box thinking with practical, long-term solutions to address both immediate and future needs. Highly self-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
