Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee operations activities to ensure timely production output at expected labor cost targets while adhering to safety, quality, and company policies. Manage direct reports, including production operators and team leaders, on the assigned shift. Organize central support and multidisciplinary team efforts such as machine technicians, quality engineers, and stockroom supervisors through official communication channels. Maintain a data-driven mindset focused on safety and production output, managing deviations to code of conduct and HR policies. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field with two years of manufacturing experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years degree, associate degree with Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Machanics or related field
- 2 years of manufacturing experience
- The ability to lift up to 28 pounds unassisted and stand for periods of up to 12 hours
- Must have the capability to push, pull, reach, twist, turn, stoop, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading shop floor direct reports
- Experience organizing multidisciplinary team efforts such process, quality test engineers and technician's supervisor, stockroom supervisor, etc
- Certain experience exchanging efforts with multidisciplinary team one level up
