Job Summary
Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals while supervising, coaching, and developing team members through training and performance management. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies, then identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste. Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. This entry-level role requires roughly 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and involves an 8-hour shift with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
- Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools
