Manufacturing/Production Supervisor - 4th shift

Job Summary
Execute production scheduling and workforce planning for a 15-20 person manufacturing team on the 4th shift (6:00am–6:00pm, Fri–Sun). Direct daily operations to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets while maintaining a safe environment through active safety improvement projects. Manage capital identification, overhead expenses, and area layout flow, ensuring full compliance with company policies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CORE and lean methodologies to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Engage with cross-functional teams including manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and program management to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- Supervisory, Leadership and/or Manufacturing experience
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma
- Basic knowledge/understanding of theory of constraints
- Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees
- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in the aerospace/defense industry
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access)
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies
- 6:00am to 6:00pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Onsite
