Job Summary
Lead, coach, and support employees within the assigned production area to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and schedule attainment objectives. Plan, organize, and direct production and assembly activities while coordinating daily communication across teams to ensure efficient operations. Monitor compliance with operational, environmental, and health and safety standards, enforce company policies, and address performance issues as appropriate. Identify continuous improvement initiatives, prepare production reports, manage departmental spending, and procure necessary materials. Coordinate maintenance and engineering activities, analyze inventory levels, and monitor workplace organization to address safety concerns promptly. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 2 years of manufacturing experience, and Power BI knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-speed production manufacturing environment
- Experience leading or supervising production operations in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives within a team environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical engineering discipline is desired
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Power BI is preferred
