Job Summary
Coach and support the area of responsibility by directly managing production/assembly line activities to meet deadlines. Coordinate daily communication with teams, other supervisors, and departments while monitoring housekeeping and correcting safety issues. Ensure compliance with environmental, productivity, quality, and health & safety standards. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, prepare and adhere to the department budget, and enforce policies with disciplinary action as needed. Maintain production reports and records, taking corrective action when necessary. Coordinate departmental maintenance, engineering needs, and inventory analysis, including ordering and purchasing necessary equipment or materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical engineering degree
- 3-5 years experience with production supervision
- 2 years minimum high speed production manufacturing environment
- Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations
- High integrity
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Former employees must be eligible for rehire
- Current employees must be in good standing
- Available for shift changeover
