Job Summary
Operate presses and other machinery, read factory orders and tape measures to set up equipment with close tolerances, and use glue machines for hand gluing and assembling corrugated packaging solutions. Inspect, load, count, and stack corrugated board and finished packaging while reading and completing production and shipping documents. Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards in a union facility located in Navarre, OH, with a Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm shift. Overtime is rarely required and always scheduled with multiple days' advance notice. Employees may earn bonuses through certification programs on various presses and equipment.
