Manufacturing Production Lead II - 1st Shift - starting at $36.48/hr

Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas, and lead a sub-team to achieve safety, quality, service, and financial goals. Troubleshoot equipment, quality, and process issues as the first line of defense, while coordinating resources with the Production Supervisor based on production schedules. Expose and document problems through the MDI process, maintain Tier I boards, and manage shift hand-offs. Ensure team members are properly trained and certified, providing real-time feedback on business alignment. Work onsite Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm with overtime required.
