Job Summary
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards, monitor production equipment and perform minor adjustments, and complete production and quality documentation. Report on safety, quality, or mechanical concerns while supporting the Quality Management System and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized workplace by following 5S principles and assist with plant cleanup and other production duties. This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time, 12-hour shifts (Monday–Friday) with rotation to night shift during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read production documents
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
- Must be available to rotate to night shift during peak season
