Job Summary
Manufacture, pack, and inspect ceramic cores while operating production machines and adhering to standard operating procedures. Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings, with opportunities for cross-training in various operational areas. Extensive on-the-job training is provided for this full-time role with overtime opportunities. The second shift pays $17/hour, including a $1/hour shift differential, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 120 days. Required Qualifications
- Must be reliable and able to work full-time
- Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required)
- Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
