Job Summary
Operate forklifts, twisting machines, heat-setting equipment, and creels to move materials, ensure yarn integrity, and maintain continuous production flow. Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and repair rolls to minimize downtime while adhering to safety policies and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, work necessary overtime, and perform additional duties as assigned. Bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs during an 8-hour non-rotating shift. Join a global flooring provider committed to operational excellence and sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, climb stairs and push repetitively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Work necessary overtime as required by production demands
- 8 Hr non-rotating shift
- Hrs fall to out-punch day
