Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily production assembly operations to meet output targets and deadlines while monitoring workflow, staffing, and equipment for uninterrupted manufacturing processes. Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line employees to maintain high performance standards, enforcing safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment concerns by collaborating with quality control, engineering, and management teams to optimize assembly processes. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics. Requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and assembly line operations. Required Qualifications
