Manufacturing Product & Packaging Group Lead - Day Shift

Lead manufacturing and packaging operations for batch production, demonstrating and applying methods for producing products with state-of-the-art processing systems (HMI). Verify components, labels, and batch records, ensure accurate data entry in logbooks, initiate batch records per schedule, manage labeling reconciliation with vision system reports, and submit documentation to QA. Schedule personnel to maintain manufacturing flow, ensure proper calibration and setup of equipment, perform cleaning in accordance with cGMP standards, adhere to SOPs and CAPAs, maintain clean and compliant rooms, and operate on a Day Shift with a 12-hour rotation (6:00am-6:30pm; 3 days on Week 1, 4 days on Week 2; every other weekend). This role is based in Piscataway, NJ, United States.
