Job Summary
Evaluate program requirements and manage execution for a portfolio of chipsets, providing status on performance, work in progress, and delivery commitments. Develop quarterly Estimate at Completion financial packages with variance analysis, coordinate cross-functional activities, and lead proposal teams to develop bid packages. Monitor product yield, identify risk trends, and communicate material status and identified risks to internal customer program offices. Ensure full compliance of company policies while implementing continuous improvement opportunities. Manage cost, schedule, and quality expectations across operations, engineering, and finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
- An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with supporting or using a Manufacturing Requirements Planning system e.g. SAP
- Program / Project management experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and interface at all levels of organization
- Good interpersonal skills to manage tasks that bridge operations, production control, engineering, supply chain, and customer relations
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams)
- Ability to translate functional, tactical actions and decisions into broad business impact
