The Manufacturing Procurement Specialist role involves collaboration with global and local teams for effective planning, order management, and supplier selection. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of applicable direct purchasing/material requirement planning or comparable relevant experience
- Solid SAP system knowledge as a user of 'Buy' module is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and influencing techniques, result-orientation and strategic-innovative thinking required
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and problem-resolution focus
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Power Generation products/supply market
- Advanced technical knowledge (like reading and understanding technical drawings, specifications)
- Advanced analytical skills to handle, transform, understand and use large data volumes (preferred Microsoft Excel)
- Strong intercultural sensitivity and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience facilitating or participating in continuous process improvement projects
