Job Summary
Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of manufacturing while advancing multi-year quality plans. Install quality procedures and governance across the production process, including PFDs, heat and material balances, and P&IDs for major equipment. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, support quality reporting, and proactively prevent non-conformances across products and systems. Produce CRM, Syteline, and statistical reports that inform decisions while coordinating proposal status between engineering and applications teams. Requires BS in Engineering, 3–5 years in lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma Black Belt.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Engineering
- 3–5 years running quality in a lean manufacturing environment with rapid CI delivery
- Expert-level SPC knowledge
- Proficiency in: Continuous Improvement
- Proficiency in: 5 Why
- Proficiency in: Food & Beverage Manufacturing
- Proficiency in: Kaizen
- Proficiency in: Electrical/Electronic Systems
- Proficiency in: Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Proficiency in: Six Sigma
- Proficiency in: Root Cause Analysis
- Proficiency in: Process Development
