Job Summary
Support ongoing manufacturing process improvement initiatives by observing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Lean manufacturing strategies. Partner with production and engineering teams to analyze cycle times, scrap rates, and downtime metrics while developing strategies to improve efficiency and throughput. Maintain hands-on presence on the production floor to assist with workflow standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects. Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership to drive operational change across the manufacturing operations.
