Job Summary
Design, improve, and optimize production processes for resin plate manufacturing; collaborate with manufacturing, product development, and service teams; identify bottlenecks from production data and devise improvement plans; select and implement new equipment (spec specs, vendor negotiations, commissioning); ensure proper use of chemical materials (ink, coating solutions, substrates) and improve product quality with SPC-driven stability; anticipate customer needs and industry trends and drive technology introductions and process responses.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing and process-improvement experience
- Knowledge of chemical processes (especially coating, drying, reactive materials)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- Willingness to learn English
