Job Summary
Manage manufacturing and process operations, including project lifecycle oversight from inception to launch, equipment relocation, and modification. Conduct industrial engineering studies, throughput capability analyses, and packaging assessments to drive productivity and quality improvements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, resolve operational concerns, and coordinate engineering changes while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and IATF 16949 standards. Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership. Requires an engineering degree, 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Advanced ability to effectively problem-solve, lead business discussions and train others
- Proficient but not limited to Microsoft suites Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD, SolidWorks etc
- Ability to travel globally (5-10%)

- Metal forming experience is an asset
