Job Summary
Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for validating equipment and control systems, writing protocols and summary reports, leading process development and continuous improvement for new and existing products, supporting non-conformance investigations and CAPA closure, driving capital equipment projects for new/upgraded manufacturing lines, and conducting time studies and lean manufacturing initiatives across the operations team. Requires an engineering degree, hands-on experience with designing, modifying, and implementing processes/equipment, proficiency with CAD software and statistical analysis in a regulated manufacturing environment, strong technical writing skills to document validation work, and familiarity with lean tools such as value stream mapping, flow analysis, and time studies.
Required Qualifications
