Job Summary
Drive the development, validation, and continuous improvement of battery manufacturing processes to enhance yield, efficiency, and cost performance. Lead fault resolution and equipment digitalization initiatives while establishing robust PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate waste and variation, working cross-functionally with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams. Support new product launches, root cause analysis, and compliance with safety and environmental standards unique to battery manufacturing. Mentors operators and engineers while thriving in a high-intensity environment that requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
