Job Summary
Manufacturing Plant Security Officer responsible for conflict resolution, de-escalation, post order adherence, facility rounds, monitoring cameras and alarms, emergency response participation, front desk duties, and assisting in the safe operation of the site. Requires high attention to detail, ability to stay calm under pressure, strong customer service, and reliable teamwork within a client-facing security environment. Must meet minimum age and education requirements and be willing to undergo pre-employment screening; located at the Kansas City, KS facility with on-site duties and standard security shift responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (drug screen and background investigation)
- Must pass motor vehicle background check
- Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
- Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred
