Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the doughnut factory operation, including production, sanitation, food safety, FDA compliance, maintenance, shipping, and human resources. Supervise production, sanitation, maintenance, and shipping operations while ensuring positions are adequately staffed and employees perform tasks safely and correctly. Manage expense budgets, control variances in daily production, and coordinate schedules to meet customer demands. Direct and develop employees through recruiting, training, scheduling, and dispute resolution while enforcing store policies and standards. Ensure all products meet Krispy Kreme quality standards and handle customer complaints professionally. Maintain a high level of store sanitation and cleanliness, and oversee proper maintenance of production equipment and building grounds. Implement procedures to maximize efficiencies and protect company assets.
Required Qualifications
- High school required
- 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and FDA compliance requirements
- Microsoft Office computer proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- College degree
- Operations, Supply Chain Mgmt or Engineering degree
- Experience with sales, management, production, employee safety and customer service
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable
