Manufacturing Planner

Create, release, and maintain manufacturing jobs within the Epicor ERP system while developing production schedules based on customer demand and the Master Production Schedule. Evaluate material requirements using ERP/MRP tools to support production and maintain optimal inventory levels, then coordinate with Purchasing regarding material availability and supplier delivery impacts. Maintain accurate planning data, including Bills of Material, routings, and job records, while reviewing production progress to recommend schedule adjustments that improve on-time delivery and efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations by working closely with the Senior Production Control Supervisor and cross-functional teams throughout Operations.
