Manufacturing Planner (Epicor Experience)

Develop and maintain master production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability. Plan and schedule material requirements to support production needs and customer delivery commitments. Coordinate and expedite material flow between suppliers, warehouses, and production areas. Monitor and adjust schedules to address changes in demand, capacity constraints, or material shortages. Optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory. Analyze MRP/ERP data to identify and resolve planning discrepancies. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines. Drive process improvements in planning and scheduling to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Prepare and present planning metrics and reports to leadership. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Support cost reduction initiatives through efficient planning and resource utilization. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve scheduling conflicts and improve workflow. Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
