Job Summary
Provide customers with scheduled ship dates and respond to expedite requests by coordinating priorities across fulfilment centers. Drive visibility into delivery schedules to ensure shipping targets are met, while partnering with sales teams to assess supply availability and potential risks. Develop and maintain KPIs and planning reports to support quarter-end goals, continuously refining scheduling processes between Arista and manufacturing partners. Identify risks to customer commitments and escalate issues with action-oriented recommendations. This role requires 5+ years of planning experience, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, and fluent English proficiency for daily interface with US-based customers and partners.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant area
- Must have demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High English proficiency (oral and written)
- Fluent, professional English communication
- Must have demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert and use that knowledge to build new processes and tools
- Must thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
