Job Summary
Run packaging machinery, fill bags or totes to proper weight, and ensure seals prevent powder leakage. Stack finished product on pallets, label items with product codes and lot numbers, and sample powder for specks or foreign matter per Standard Operating Procedures. Maintain clean and organized workspaces by conducting CIP and COP processes, cleaning equipment, and staging ingredients. Perform general maintenance with hand tools, inspect equipment for working order, and document metal detector checks, weight checks, and scrap records. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP programs for safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong motivation, organization, time management, and communication skills (both orally and written)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- The ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to give and welcome feedback and contribute to building a positive team spirit
- Must be equipped with strong motivation, organization, time management, and communication skills (both orally and written)
- Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize

- Must be available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Must be able to stand, walk, use hands for handling or feeling objects, talk, and use vision and hearing abilities
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions including unboxing, loading, moving, and packaging product
