Job Summary
Review, verify, and process customer orders from receipt through completion in internal systems. Ensure correct documentation, labeling, and order details before fulfillment while identifying and resolving discrepancies or missing information. Collaborate with QA, shipping, customer service, and production teams to support smooth order flow, prioritizing urgent and express orders. Escalate issues or delays to management when necessary and provide updates on order status upon request. Follow standard operating procedures consistently to maintain accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
