Job Summary
Evaluate customer project requirements, prepare pricing proposals and bids for crushed concrete products, and recommend material solutions based on specifications and inventory. Calculate material quantities and delivery needs using established formulas, estimate timelines, and coordinate logistics for on-time execution. Maintain an active project tracking system, build customer relationships by resolving issues, and prepare order documentation and pre-qualification packages. Monitor accounts to support timely payments and assist with collections while working within a sales team to develop market strategies. Requires 3+ years in aggregate recycling operations and ability to work in all weather conditions. Arcosa Crushed Concrete promotes a results-driven culture aligned with long-term value creation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in aggregate recycling operations or other process/production environment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time at conveyor belt operation
- Ability to climb heights of 20 feet on a regular basis
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or pull 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to work in dusty, wet, and loud environment
- Required to wear safety equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, goggles, steel toed boots, ear plugs, gloves and various other similar items as required or needed

- 5+ years and crushing plant equipment experience
