Manufacturing Operators needed for all shifts

Job Summary
Operate and maintain automated manufacturing equipment, specifically automatic wave solder machines and SMT assembly lines, while performing routine setup, adjustment, and calibration. Manage foam fluxers, hydrometers, and solder pots by adding materials, drossing impurities, and performing daily and weekly deep cleaning. Monitor printed circuit boards for soldering defects, verify solder paste volume, and enter performance data into the CIQ system. Ensure board loaders are stocked, maintain accurate inventory logs, and keep the work area organized and compliant with safety and environmental rules. Requires high school diploma, one year of related experience, and proficiency in measurement tools. Schedule includes 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of related experience in automated manufacturing or wave solder operations
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required job-related certifications (e.g., IPC (printed circuit boards) standards)
- Proficiency in Automated Optical Inspection or X-Ray machines
- Ability to read setup sheets
- Ability to perform basic computer data entry
- Ability to use measurement tools (hydrometers, micrometers, calipers, and others)
