Job Summary
Conduct assembly, cutting, edge blasting, drilling, molding, painting, finishing, trimming, bonding, stapling, and visual quality inspections while following work instructions and safety procedures. Support production goals by maintaining high-quality standards and performing material identification and product inspections. Work a 36-hour weekend shift (Friday through Sunday, 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM), paid for 40 hours with a 15% night shift differential. Join Galvion's team designing protective systems and power management solutions for military personnel and tactical operators.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A dependable work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to use computers, tracking systems, and machine programs
- Ability to identify materials and products and perform quality inspections
- Willingness to complete required training and work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during a shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as needed
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
