Job Summary
Retrieve processed blocks from ART De-blockers, place unprocessed blocks into the reclaim basket every 12 to 15 minutes, remove cleaned blocks from the ultrasonic unit, and sort dry blocks into labeled bins. Perform general daily and weekly maintenance while ensuring equipment, workstations, and the facility remain clean. Comply with all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and safety regulations. Work onsite with varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
- Ability to prioritize detailed tasks with minimal input to accomplish daily and long-term goals
- Ability to work onsite and participate in interactive onsite meetings on a regular and predictable basis
- Ability to initiate immediate interaction, coordination and collaboration with team members, clients, customers etc
- Ability to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Limit weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is no more than 50 pounds
- When lifting loads heavier than 50 pounds, requirement is to use two or more people to lift the load
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred
