Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and performing tasks such as inspecting, data collection, trimming, testing, fixturing, assembling and packaging. Ensure product conforms to specifications and quality standards (ISO and QA systems), complete production paperwork (Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP transactions), and maintain accurate charts of materials. Participate in continuous improvement (6S, Kaizen) and support overall production goals. Requires reading documented processes, attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and willingness to work a Sun–Thu shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. 1 year manufacturing experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent. Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. Compensation range $21-$25/hour plus benefits; immigration sponsorship not offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math computations and data entry
- All employees go through 30-day on-the-job training
- Flexibility to work in varying departments as needed
