Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator handles setup, operation, and shutdown of injection molding, extrusion, and composite tubing equipment; performs assembly, cleaning, inspection, and packaging of finished goods; follows work instructions and interprets drawings; tracks production times and output; maintains cleanrooms and uses precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet tolerances; must be reliable, punctual, a team player, and capable of working up to 12-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools (rulers, tape measures, dial calipers, wall thickness gauges)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work up to 12-hour shifts
